Sarah Ewing and her partner Dan bring a wealth of experience to their role as LBV Property Managers. Dan is a reliable and enthusiastic hard worker and before relocating to France he was head gardener in charge of twenty-one acres of garden consisting of formal, informal and managed wild areas. Sarah is able to act/work on her own initiative both flexibly and creatively when required. With two years' experience in Paris as a housekeeper in a previous life, her French language skills are ideal for helping their local clients.

Dan and Sarah moved to France permanently in early 2014, together with their six-year-old twins. They are now available to help local clients and look forward to hearing from you if you need any assistance in their area.

Dan and Sarah really excel in a crisis. Last year there was an almighty storm which collapsed the septic tank. Our guests were on their second night of fourteen in a house that was going to be uninhabitable for the rest of their holiday, if not the rest of the summer season. Within 24 hours the group had been rehoused, with Dan and Sarah having arranged for a season long temporary solution for the septic tank in place. They sorted everything without me having to get on a plane and met the deadline of the next set of guests’ arrival 12 days later ~ Sam Cash

We started talking to Dan and Sarah when we were house hunting in 2017 for a second home with the plan to use it ourselves for holidays and for rentals. We felt really supported with all the administrative aspects. The house, pool and garden are always immaculate, and they react very quickly to solve any issues that arise during the rental season.
