Both Tony and Maria bring a wealth of skills and experience to their roles as LBV property managers. Tony enjoyed a thirty-year career with the Metropolitan Police, during which he became an expert in financial investigation. He travelled extensively across the UK and around the world to engage in investigations and deliver financial investigation training. Before leaving the police force he obtained a Masters Diploma in Financial Investigation and Financial Crime.
Maria’s business skills were honed in the beauty and retail sectors. In the latter she led store-opening teams tasked with readying 30,000 square feet stores for opening within a two-week timeframe. Working to deadlines, liaising with artisans and organising people are things at which she is highly skilled.
Together they offer their property management skills to clients in the Charente, just alongside Maria's sister and brother-in-law who run the adjoining LBV area in NW Charente. They provide a reliable, quality service to local absentee home owners.
What their clients say...
"When we first talked of having a place in France I was rather nervous about leaving our property unoccupied and unmaintained for long periods of time. It has been a real godsend to find such a friendly and helpful couple to help us both maintain our property in Charente Maritime, and our peace of mind when we are elsewhere!
"It is not just the excellent house maintenance and gardening service, or pool care, or the mine of useful local information, or their helping to find the good local plumbers and builders that we needed it is their eagerness to meet our every need that makes their service exceptional. The excellent hot slow-cooked casserole waiting in the kitchen for our arrival on a cold December evening; the willingness to receive an order for a baby cot for our newly arrived granddaughter, to deliver it ready here and even set it up; the speedy response to an emergency call; and always a feeling that they are ever ready to extend a helping hand. It is a pleasure to know Tony and Maria, and we are grateful for their care."~ Jenny & Steve - Ealing, London
