No wonder we say 'relax, it’s all taken care of'. We will hold your keys and regularly check your property to take the worry out of long-distance ownership. If you let your property, then we will deal with guests' changeovers on your behalf.
If you want to keep your property just for yourselves, friends and family, then we can tailor our services to give you peace of mind.
Caretaking and keys - our small monthly charge covers keeping your keys securely (together with a second set which can be used when artisans may need to access the property) as well as a regular check of your property. Attention to detail starts right there - we will, for instance, read your electricity and water meters during those checks, providing a useful audit trail and allowing any out-of-the-ordinary useage (there might be a leak!) to be spotted immediately.
Emergency call-outs - hopefully not necessary, but these would be charged at our basic hourly rate subject to a minimum charge of two hours on weekdays between 8 am and 6pm (weekend and truly unsocial hours subject to agreement). This could be to assist guests or friends you might have staying, or to liaise with police or other public bodies.
Security checks - probably more relevant in low season. Their frequency and cost would be agreed with you dependent mainly on location but also based on our standard hourly rate.
We will take care of your property, alert you to any possible problems before they become real issues, and send you photographic evidence of anything we need to discuss with you. We will take deliveries for you, shop for essentials prior to your arrival, air and clean the house, mow the lawn, trim the hedge - all of these on either on a regular or ad hoc basis. This may be the most basic package available to clients, but it is undertaken as professionally and thoroughly as everything else we do.
