Eddie and Sonia bring a wealth of skills and experience to their roles as LBV property managers. Eddie trained in carpentry and building management, and worked for many years in construction. He became a Project Manager for a specialist construction company working on substantial projects. He subsequently re-trained as a central heating engineer, gaining City and Guilds in gas, plumbing and electrical installation and testing. Sonia worked in office administration and management, and marketing and research, as well as becoming a negotiator in commercial property management and a trained web designer.
In 1991 they started their own central heating business and subsequently extended and refurbished several of their own homes in London. When they decided to relocate to the Limousin they realised that their combined skill-set put them in a strong position to provide a wide range of property management service to local home owners and decided to join the LBV network.
What their clients say...
"Owning a property from a distance has been made so much easier by your reliability, and how we can trust you to do the things that need doing promptly and to a good standard." ~ Rebecca and Bill
"Back here in England, and unable to visit our holiday home very often, the reliability and hard work of Eddie and Sonia of Les Bons Voisins has given our family peace of mind that our little cottge is being cared for and we are not letting down our small hamlet and the commune by having an overgrown garden. I can't thank them or praise them enough." ~ Jan Radley
