LBV France, established in 2002, evolved from a single
property management business into the network it is today.
Carmel and Joe, who took over the network in 2019, moved
its headquarters to the Gers, where they also manage
properties locally. With Carmel’s expertise in HR and
coaching and Joe’s background in security and logistics, they
are well-equipped to lead and support their franchisees.
